Overview of Event Triggers and Properties

Event Triggers

Event triggers can be used to initiate specific processes. They are divided into five main categories:


  1. Scene Events
  • onSceneEnter — Trigger when entering a scene

  • onSceneExit — Trigger when exiting a scene

  • onSceneLoaded — Trigger when a scene is loaded


  1. Anchoring Events
  • onStartAnchoring — Trigger when anchoring starts

  • onAnchored — Trigger when anchoring is complete

  • onStopAnchoring — Trigger when anchoring stops


  1. Enable/Disable Events
  • onEnable — Trigger when the object is enabled

  • onDisable — Trigger when the object is disabled


  1. Interaction Events
  • onTap — Trigger when tapped

  • onDragStart — Trigger when dragging starts

  • onDragEnd — Trigger when dragging ends

  • onScaleStart — Trigger when scaling starts

  • onScaleEnd — Trigger when scaling ends

  • onRotateStart — Trigger when rotation starts

  • onRotateEnd — Trigger when rotation ends

  • onApproach — Trigger when approaching

  • onLeave — Trigger when leaving

  • onLookAt — Trigger when the user looks at the object

  • onLookAway — Trigger when the user looks away from the object

  • onCustomButtonTap — Trigger when a custom button is tapped

  • onStartPlaying — Trigger when playback starts

  • onStopPlaying — Trigger when playback stops
